Things to Remember When Dropping Off Your Pet or Picking up Your Pet:

  • We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
  • Drop-off and pick-up are during office hours only.
  • Inform us if your pet has any sensitive areas.
  • Let us know of any medical conditions your pet may have.
  • Communicate clearly your wishes or expectations to prevent any misunderstanding.
  • Be sure your pet relieves themselves before the appointment.
  • If your pet is known to bite, they will have to be muzzled.
  • To avoid conflict, please have your pet on a leash at all times.
