Things to remember when dropping off your pet or picking up your pet:
- We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
- Drop-off and pick-up are during office hours only.
- Inform us if your pet has any sensitive areas.
- Let us know of any medical conditions your pet may have.
- Communicate clearly your wishes or expectations to prevent any misunderstanding.
- Be sure your pet relieves themselves before the appointment.
- If your pet is known to bite, they will have to be muzzled.
- To avoid conflict, please have your pet on a leash at all times.
